End User License Agreement

License grant
Subject to your active subscription and these terms, SiteControlHQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the application for your internal business operations.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or lease the software; reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except as permitted by law; circumvent security or usage limits; or use the service to build or benchmark a competing product.
Ownership & IP
The application, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content we provide, is owned by SiteControlHQ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
AI outputs
AI-generated drafts (checklists, estimates, transcriptions, captions) are assistive suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving them; every AI output must pass human review before it becomes an operational record.
Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or new versions that modify or improve the application. These terms apply to updates unless accompanied by separate terms.
Third-party components
The application may include third-party or open-source components licensed under their own terms, which control for those components.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach it or your subscription ends. On termination you must stop using the application; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.

The application is licensed "as is" without warranties of any kind. Your use is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.
