Refund Policy

Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the paid period.
Annual plans
Annual plans, if purchased, are billed upfront for the term. Except where required by law, annual fees are non-refundable once the term begins; you retain access for the full term.
Prorated credits
We generally do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods or for unused time after cancellation, unless required by applicable law.
Free trials
No charge applies during an active free trial. If a trial converts to a paid plan, standard billing and this policy apply from the first charge.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime from Billing in your workspace, or email chris.suht@gmail.com and we will help. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Billing errors & disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve it directly - most issues are fixed within one business day.
